How does pricing work?
Depends entirely on scope — there's no standard rate card. We go through it honestly in the first call once we understand what's actually needed.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects run 4–8 weeks from kickoff to handoff. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront — not an optimistic one.
Who will I be working with?
Us, directly. Everyone on our team is involved in every project. The person you talk to is directly involved in the work — ensuring zero intermediaries and direct, interference-free communication.
What do I need before the first call?
Nothing formal. Come with a rough idea of what you're trying to achieve — we'll ask the right questions to figure out the rest together.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
It happens. If something shifts significantly from what we agreed on, we'll have an honest conversation about what that means for the timeline and budget. No silent overruns, no surprise invoices.
Do you work on an ongoing basis, or just one-off projects?
Both. Some clients come with a specific project and we're done at handoff. Others keep us on for continued work. We're open to either.
